About Michael Moebius
From a young age Michael Moebius developed a passion for art, particularly cartooning. However, living in communist East Germany meant that practical pursuits took precedence. Thus, he temporarily set art aside to pursue a formal education and embarked on a career in engineering and construction. While working in architectural illustration, Michael stumbled upon a book showcasing the pin-up art of Alberto Vargas, igniting a new love for figurative art.
